Visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior dress modestly observe masjid etiquette and follow instructions from staff or volunteers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
Children remain the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Unsupervised or disruptive children may require the parent and child to leave the premises.
Attendance and participation in masjid activities is at your own risk. Jamia Islamia Canada is not liable for injury loss damage theft or incidents occurring on the premises except where required by law.
Entry to the masjid is subject to capacity limits and safety considerations. When capacity is reached access may be restricted or redirected to ensure safety and order.
Individuals who are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness are requested not to attend the masjid in order to protect the health and safety of the community.
Parking is permitted only where legally allowed. Fire routes driveways hydrants and emergency access must remain clear at all times. Jamia Islamia Canada is not responsible for parking violations towing or vehicle damage.
Schedules programs and services may change or be cancelled without notice. The masjid does not guarantee availability capacity or continuity of any event or program.
All donations are voluntary and non refundable unless required by law. Donation usage is determined by masjid administration based on operational and community needs.
Lost items may be turned in to the masjid office. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after a reasonable period. The masjid is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Any religious guidance provided by the masjid imams scholars or staff is general in nature and should not be considered a substitute for personal scholarly medical or legal advice.
In the event of an emergency all individuals must follow instructions from masjid staff volunteers or emergency personnel and exit the premises calmly using designated routes.
Jamia Islamia Canada its trustees staff and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its facilities website programs or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Jamia Islamia Canada is committed to maintaining a safe respectful and welcoming environment for worship education and community engagement. All visitors congregants students volunteers and staff are expected to follow this Code of Conduct while on masjid premises or participating in masjid activities.
All individuals must conduct themselves with respect dignity and courtesy toward others. Disruptive aggressive abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Dress modestly keep phones silent maintain cleanliness and observe quiet in prayer areas. Prayer spaces must be respected at all times.
Instructions given by masjid staff volunteers or security must be followed promptly. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Children must remain with their parents. If children are disruptive or unsupervised the parent and child may be asked to leave.
All safety rules must be observed including fire safety emergency procedures and capacity limits. Blocking exits fire routes or access points is strictly prohibited.
Harassment intimidation discrimination or any form of physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and further action.
Masjid facilities may only be used for approved religious educational and community purposes. Damage misuse or unauthorized activities are prohibited.
Photography or recording may be restricted in prayer areas or during services. Privacy and consent must be respected.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in warnings removal suspension of privileges or further action as deemed appropriate by masjid administration.
By entering the masjid or participating in any programs services or events you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and all related policies.
